We offer Naturopathic Health Consultations to our clients, focusing on supporting health and wellness through nutrition, lifestyle change, and dietary and herbal supplements.
At this time, all services are conducted via a secure virtual platform.

If you are ready to Flourish in your health journey, we recommend booking an Initial Naturopathic Consultation. If you have questions prior to booking, we recommend booking a 15 minute discovery call to have your questions answered and to see if we may be a good fit!

I received my degree in naturopathic medicine and I have training in conventional modalities (pharmacology, IV nutrient therapy) along with naturopathic modalities (botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, lifestyle modifications). This unique blend of training allows me to support my clients through a whole-person approach while being mindful of any conventional treatment plans they may already have in place.
It is important to note that I only offer naturopathic health consultations and focus on education and health promotion. I do not provide diagnosis or treatment for any condition.
-
Flourish Natural Health does not accept insurance for our consultations. A cash-based model allows me to spend more time with each client to ensure I am able to fully listen to their concerns and provide the best support possible.
-
During our time together you will have time to tell me your story, from birth to present. We will take a deep dive into your past concerns and work together to create a unique wellness plan that supports your health goals and focuses on improving the basic foundations of health.
We will spend ample time discussing your diet, movement, sleep, and stress levels, as all of these are essential when supporting the whole person.
-
Labs and supplement recommendations are not included in pricing models (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Recommendations for labs and/or supplements are based on individual need and will be recommended based on your specific health goals.
Labs are reviewed for informational and educational purposes and do not diagnose any disease or medical condition.

Licensure for Naturopathic Doctors is regulated on a state-by-state basis, and not at the federal level. I hold an active license to practice Naturopathic Medicine in Vermont, but I do not actively practice naturopathic medicine. I offer naturopathic health consultations and therefore act as a health consultant, not a practicing physician.
